But sometimes, it's important to slow down and focus on stretching and relaxation. In this article, we'll guide you through a series of gentle movements designed to help you feel more relaxed and limber.

Begin by standing with your left foot forward and your right foot back. As you inhale deeply, feel a stretch in your left front thigh. As you exhale, curl your body forward and release, relaxing into the ground. Repeat this movement on the right side before moving on to the next step. Shift your feet and hold your chest open as you repeat the movement. Inhale deeply, roll your pelvis, and then release. Straighten to a standing position and inhale in a circle. Release your pelvis as you bend and stretch your right knee back into the starting position. Repeat the movement on the left side. Continue by stepping forward and back on each side using both legs, and repeating the step on all four sides of your body. As you move between your hands, allow your torso to flow in all directions, including circles. Keep these movements flowing in your body as you take long, deep breaths in and out.

Remember to hold your torso steady so the circles of movement are fluid and not stiff. Try walking slowly for a few minutes without changing your position, keeping your chin parallel to the ground to elongate your head and neck.
